The goal of these posters is to garner team moral and motivation throughout the season by providing a keepsake for the athletes that will last long after they have graduated. In addition to fostering athlete retention and recruitment from season to season, these posters act as a fundraiser for the team. Sponsors are sought out and kind enough to contribute to the wrestling program. This helps pay for a variety of items for the athletes (gear, travel, etc). In return the sponsors are listed on the poster according to donation level and provided a copy of the poster.
