Dressel Farms located in New Paltz, New York, is a family run farm open year round with a wide variety of produce and activities to offer. Whether its picking your own strawberries in the spring and summer months, or picking your own apples in the fall they have something for the whole family to enjoy.

Aside from fresh fruits, vegetables, and an amazing view of Mohonk Mountain; Dressel Farms also offers homemade Apple Cider Doughnuts, and Ice Cream.

Recently the family wanted to give some of their products an update. So, with the summer months coming they decided to start with the Homemade Ice Cream label.

The goal was to maintain the simplicity & essence of the original hand-drawn label, while giving it a slight refresh to help usher in the new formats and various application sizes.

To accomplish this we stuck with the hand-drawn illustration approach of the milk can and hand lettered "ice cream" text, with just a dash of some vector magic.
